Why I coach this way.

My philosophy is functional training for life, and teaching my clients to really build the lifestyle and habits of their dreams. I did not arrive here through a tidy career plan. I arrived because training rebuilt how I saw myself, and I have spent twelve years trying to hand that over to other women.

I am very holistic, authentic, genuine and intentional, and I give my clients the science behind why we do things. That matters to me. A client who understands the reasoning can adjust when life interrupts. A client who only has instructions cannot. I also refuse to build plans around heavy supplementation and the reach for a product first. There is a fine balance and I respect it, but I lean holistic, and I say so up front.

Food is where I see the most shame, so let me be plain about it. I do not build punishment plates. I build plates you are glad to eat, with real meals and real flavor, because a way of eating you resent has an expiry date. Enjoyment is not a compromise on results — most of the time it is the reason the results are still there a year later, and the way I coach food is the same as the way I coach training: fuel for the life you have.
