Fuel, Not Punishment

Food you actually want to eat, in the right amount.

This gives you a starting estimate, not a set of rules. Put your numbers in, look at the sample day, and notice that it names real meals rather than only macros. If a plan makes you dread dinner, it will not survive a Friday.

Questions

Before you change anything.

Are these numbers a diet?

No. They are a starting estimate, not a rule. Use them for a couple of weeks, notice your energy, your sleep and your hunger, and adjust from there. A number that leaves you exhausted is the wrong number, however tidy the math looked.

Do I have to track every meal forever?

Definitely not. Tracking is a teaching tool. Most people need a few weeks to see what a plate actually holds, then they stop counting and keep the understanding. Fuel, not punishment — if it is making you miserable, it has stopped working.

What about supplements and powders?

I am holistic based, so I would rather you fix sleep, water, protein at breakfast and real meals first. Supplements are useful for a specific gap your provider has identified, and mostly pointless as a general strategy.
